Practice names appear only when the practice has agreed to share them with you. Otherwise you’ll see a referral number. Saywell never shares anything about a practice’s own clients.

How payouts work
- Paid as they pay. We send your share within 3 business days of each payment clearing.
- First payment, after round 1. The commission on a practice’s first payment is released once their first revision round is complete, when refunds no longer apply.
- Paused if they stop paying. If a practice misses a payment, the commission on it waits until they pay.
- No minimum, no fees. Every commission is paid in full. Saywell covers the Wise transfer fee.

The terms in brief
Version 1.0 · effective Oct 25, 2026- 20% of every founding payment a referred practice makes, on the full amount.
- Paid by Wise within 3 business days of each payment. The first payment’s commission is paid after the practice’s first revision round.
- 10% of a founding member’s renewal year, and 20% of a new referral’s first 12 months on future plans.
- Your link is credited for 60 days. A practice that types your code is always yours.
- Always disclose that you earn a commission. No spam, cold texts or calls, or promised results.
- Never share or ask for client information. Therapists refer colleagues, never their own clients.
- If you leave for any reason other than a breach, you keep earning on practices you already referred.
Sign electronically
Typing your name and selecting Sign is your electronic signature, with the same effect as signing by hand, under the US E-SIGN Act and the Philippine Electronic Commerce Act. We record it with the date, time, terms version and your sign-in, and email you a signed copy.
